I woke up before dinner with the most painful stomach ache. After I dragged myself down for dinner I copped a lot of suspicion from my elder and bossy twin sister Yumiko-chan.
Our mother Tai-ling-san took one look at me and hurried me up the stairs. She felt my head and said, "No school for you in the morning Xianghua-chan." I try and look sad even though I am happy - now I won't have to do the dreaded fun run.
Why they call it the fun run I have no idea as it is anything but fun. As lazy as she is Yumiko loves the fun run. I wish I was even 1/2 as fast as she is.
My big brother Jin-san came in with our beautiful Japanese bobtail cat Kudasai. I love Jin, he's the best big brother. I didn't eat anything for dinner even though it was my favourite, miso soup and rice, yum. I really am sick!
