About Us

I am currently a 'first year' teacher employed in an ICT capacity at Raumati Beach School. I have been playing around with computers since the late '70's (pre-Microsoft and Operating Systems!) I have been writing web pages since I was at teacher's college (97/98). HTML is a progressive 'art' and I take a lot of joy in writing web pages - whether for myself or for someone else. My current software of choice is CoffeeCup HTML Editor. I've been using this for the last couple of months and have found it to be extremely functional.

I have been teaching for 10 years, mostly in the juniors. I have been a computer fan since Commodore 64 was the 'be all to end all'. Although I have used computers in the classroom all of my teaching life I must admit it has been mostly for writing and drawing with a little bit of graphing. This year my boat has been pushed right out into DEEP water. My friend has convinced me to have a go at coding so we're putting together this hypertext site.
