James woke up to the sound of his children storming into his room to say goodbye. It was a Monday and the kids were starting a new term at school. His wife Alanah worked every day and took the kids to school. The door slammed behind them as they walked out.
James was up and dressed by 12:00. The house was geting hotter and stuffier every five minutes, so he decided to take the dogs ( Pepper and Sootie ) for a walk.
James and the dogs met up with his friends, Halley and John. They worked together with computers. They had become friends when they went scuba diving on an adventure holiday.
" Hi James," said Halley, "we're watching the rugby tonight - can you come"?
