Jesse was hurt badly but not dead.
Ashley helped him up and took him to a nice warm pool of water.
Jesse relaxed in the water and slowly healed.
Ashley had taken him to the Rotorua Hot Pools, which is where it was much warmer.
She had used a magic wand to get them there quickly.
After that, Jesse felt much better and for a long while they lived happily.
